LEGAL
TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated · June 25, 2026
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Storm Intelligence OS platform, website, dashboard, alerts, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Storm Intelligence OS LLC (“Storm Intelligence OS”, “we”, “us”).
By creating an account, submitting an access request, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Storm Intelligence OS is a storm-intelligence tool for roofing contractors. We monitor public weather data, identify severe-weather events in your chosen service area, and provide affected addresses, suggested outreach scripts, and related marketing materials.
The Service is a software and information tool. We do not perform roofing work, generate guaranteed leads, file insurance claims, or guarantee any business outcome.
3. Accounts
- ·You must provide accurate company and contact information and keep it current.
- ·You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
- ·You must be a business operator legally able to enter this agreement.
- ·We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service or breach these Terms.
4. Pricing & Payment
Access to the platform is a one-time fee of $3,000. Continued live monitoring, data feeds, and alerts require a recurring subscription of $350 per month.
- ·Payment is arranged directly with us after you submit an access request.
- ·The monthly subscription renews until you cancel.
- ·If the monthly subscription lapses, live monitoring and alerts will stop until it is reinstated.
- ·Prices may change for future customers; your agreed pricing will be honored for your active term.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- ·Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service, its data, or its output to third parties.
- ·Scrape, copy, or bulk-export the platform beyond your own legitimate business use.
- ·Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any outreach that violates TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or other applicable marketing laws.
- ·Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your door-knocking, texting, calling, and advertising comply with all federal, state, and local laws.
6. Data Accuracy & No Guarantees
Weather data is sourced from public providers including the National Weather Service and NOAA. Address data is sourced from public mapping data. This information is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that storm detections, affected-home counts, addresses, or property details are complete, current, or error-free.
Any revenue figures, close rates, or projections shown are illustrative estimates, not promises. Your results depend on your own effort, market, and execution.
7. Intellectual Property
The platform, its design, and its generated materials are owned by Storm Intelligence OS. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and its output for your own roofing business while your account is active and in good standing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storm Intelligence OS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel the monthly subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment, IP, disclaimers, and liability) will survive.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
