REFUND POLICY

Storm Intelligence OS is a digital data and software product. The moment you have access, you can view and download storm data, real addresses, and ready-to-use campaign materials. That value cannot be returned once delivered.

For that reason, all payments are non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that neither the one-time platform fee nor any monthly subscription payment is eligible for a refund.

• ·The one-time platform fee is non-refundable once access has been granted.
• ·Because the platform unlocks downloadable data and campaign tools immediately, no cooling-off or trial refund applies.

• ·The monthly subscription can be canceled at any time and will not renew after the current billing period.
• ·Cancellation stops future charges only. Payments already made, including the current period, are non-refundable.
• ·You keep access to live monitoring and alerts through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Each storm alert delivers real, downloadable value: address lists and campaign materials a competing roofer would pay for. Once that data leaves our platform, it cannot be un-delivered. A no-refund policy keeps pricing honest and fair for every operator and prevents abuse of the Service.

To cancel your monthly subscription, email letusmarkit@gmail.com from the address on your account with your company name. We aim to confirm cancellation within 2 business days, and you will not be charged for the following period.
