• ·Service area: the zip codes you choose to monitor.
• ·Walkthrough inputs: state, business size, and the email you optionally provide in the product tour.

We also collect limited technical data automatically, such as basic log and device information, to operate and secure the Service.

• ·To create and manage your account and deliver storm alerts to your service area.
• ·To generate the address lists and outreach materials you request.
• ·To process your access request and arrange payment.
• ·To respond to your inquiries and provide support.
• ·To improve, secure, and maintain the Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that help us run the platform:

• ·Supabase — database, authentication, and secure storage of your account data.
• ·Resend — delivery of transactional and alert emails.
• ·Public data sources (National Weather Service / NOAA, public mapping data) — used to generate storm and address information; we do not send them your personal data.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Each account is isolated. We use row-level security so that other customers cannot access your storms, addresses, zip codes, or account details.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.

• ·Unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
• ·Cancel your subscription, which stops further monitoring and alerts.

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
